Privacy policy
Seoulful (seoulful.guide) is a travel guide to Seoul. You can read every page without an account, and we do not ask for your name, email or payment details.
Analytics (Google Analytics 4)
We use Google Analytics 4 to count visits and see which guides are useful, for example how many people open a map link or copy a Korean address. Google Analytics uses cookies and receives your IP address and basic device information. We do not use it to identify you.
We use Google Consent Mode. For visitors in the European Economic Area, the UK and Switzerland, analytics cookies stay off until you choose Allow on the banner. Advertising storage, ad personalisation and ad user data are switched off for everyone.

Ads and affiliate links
There are no ads on Seoulful right now. If we add ads (for example Google AdSense) or affiliate links to booking sites later, we will label them on the page and update this policy before they go live. Affiliate links never change what we recommend.
Things stored in your browser
Some features save small settings in your browser's local storage, on your device only: your cookie choice, your trip dates on the "This week" page and your currency on the home page. You can clear them by clearing site data in your browser.
Other services the pages use
The home page fetches the Seoul weather from Open-Meteo and exchange rates from Frankfurter (with open.er-api.com as a backup), so those services see your IP address when the page loads. Map buttons open Google Maps. The site is hosted on Cloudflare Pages (moving from Vercel), which keep standard server logs.
If you message @seoulful.korea on Instagram or comment a keyword on a post, Instagram (Meta) handles that message under its own policy, and an automated messaging tool sends you the guide link. We use these messages only to reply.
