From Oct 30 to Nov 15, welcome booths with travel information in several languages run at major entry points such as Incheon Airport and Busan Port. Exact booth spots and hours haven't been published; look for them in the arrivals hall.
- WI-FIPocket Wi-Fi up to 25% off
Pocket Wi-Fi rentals are discounted as part of the welcome program (reported as up to 25%). Ask the rental counters in arrivals which deal they're running.

The nonstop Airport Railroad Express between Incheon Airport and Seoul Station is ₩2,000 off during the welcome weeks. How to claim it (on site, online or by coupon) hasn't been announced yet; ask at the welcome booth or the AREX Express ticket counter.
