Seoul Food Week's Majang hanwoo barbecue program covers ₩30,000 of hanwoo per person at selected restaurants in Majang Livestock Market in Seongdong-gu, Seoul. It runs Fri, Oct 23 – Fri, Nov 6, 2026, for foreign tourists and foreign residents. The same Hanwoo Gourmet Tour runs in Busan.

Spots are first come, first served through the reservation form at the top of the program page (tasteofseoul.visitseoul.net → Programs → 마장동 한우바비큐 체험). After your meal, you share it on social media. The number of spots left isn't published, so book early.

About a 12-minute walk, per Seoul city's media hub. From Yongdu Station (Line 2), Exit 4 is about 10 minutes. Paste the Korean address into a map app.

In Majang, many places grill meat you pick at a butcher counter and charge a table fee on top. At the three program restaurants, ask how the ₩30,000 support is applied before you order.
2. Lotte tourist card (foreigners only)

3. Shinsegae global membership

Shinsegae Department Store's Global Membership is for foreign customers. Members also get two drink coupons a year for the members' bar. Ask staff at the store how to join; the Main Store is in Myeongdong, a short walk from Lotte's.

4. Korail Pass: unlimited KTX (foreigners only)
